Shipping policy

We understand how important it is, to receive the right products at the right time. Once you placed an order from us. Our manager will review it, double check quantities available in stock and prepare invoice in PDF format. We will send this invoice to your email. Order processing normally takes 1-3 business days for items we have in stock and we will dispatch your order with your chosen carrier. At the moment, we ship orders via USPS and UPS. You can request your own pick up by your selected carrier. We also added functionality to pre-order products from factories we cooperate and delivery can take 3-5 weeks.
