Budgerigars Pet Birds Needlepoint Canvas by Orchidea 3585L

Stitch Budgerigars, a printed needlepoint canvas by Orchidea — a purple budgie and a blue budgie perch on a branch among green leaves and pink blossom.

A little stitcher's folklore: a budgie named Puck held the world record for knowing more than 1,700 words.

Why this canvas: the full-colour print shows exactly where each shade goes, so there is no chart to count and you can simply relax and stitch.

Canvas includes: 100% cotton Zweigart 10-count canvas (40 holes per 10 cm) printed with the design, with the colour key printed on the canvas and a thread list for DMC, Anchor and Ariadna. Stitch used: half stitch. Threads, needle and frame are not included.

Match each printed colour to the thread list, then fill the canvas in half stitch, working the main shapes first and the background last.

Canvas size: 40×40 cm (15.7×15.7 in). A cheerful gift for a bird lover.
